Washington High School Basketball - Taholah crushes Wishkah Valley
January 20, 2023: Taholah, WA 98587 Taholah Chitwhins (Taholah, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad wallop the visiting Wishkah Valley Loggers (Aberdeen, WA), 54-14 in a league challenge.
With the victory, Taholah improves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Chitwhins host Ocosta (Westport, WA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Ocosta won 69-18 in their recent league challenge against North Beach (Ocean Shores, WA)
Next up, the Loggers play the Mary M. Knight Owls (Elma, WA) in a 1B Coastal challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Wishkah Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 0-12 record after their 45-20 non-league loss to South Bend (South Bend, WA).
