West Virginia High School Basketball - Union ripped by Tygarts Valley

January 20, 2023: Mill Creek, WV 26280

The Tygarts Valley Bulldogs basketball team scored 84 points and held the visiting Union Tigers to 41 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Harrison for a Mason-Dixon contest on Tuesday, January 24. Tygarts Valley will meet a Hawks team coming off a 58-33 non-league win over St. Marys (St. Marys, WV). The Hawks record now stands at 12-1.

The Tigers (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hancock (Hancock, MD). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 2-12 record. In their last contest, Hancock was routed by Northern (Accident, MD), 66-40, in a non-league contest.
