Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Albert Gallatin fells Laurel Highlands

January 20, 2023: Uniontown, PA 15401

Albert Gallatin Colonials (Uniontown, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Laurel Highlands Mustangs (Uniontown, PA), 75-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Albert Gallatin upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Colonials host McKeesport (McKeesport, PA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 12-3. McKeesport lost 49-40 in their recent non-league bout against South Fayette (McDonald, PA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Southmoreland Scotties (Alverton, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 3 bout, on Monday, January 23. Laurel Highlands will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Scotties go into the bout with a 1-14 record after their 40-29 non-league loss to Yough (Herminie, PA).
