The Canistota Hawks basketball team (Canistota, SD), was overwhelmed 67-32 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Hanson Beavers (Alexandria, SD)

The Beavers now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sanborn Central/Woonsocket for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 24. Hanson will confront a Rebels team coming off a 45-42 non-league win over Hitchcock-Tulare (Hitchcock, SD). The Rebels record now stands at 6-4.
