Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Carroll Cougars (Flora, IN) and the visiting Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), saw Carroll's basketball squad overcome Tri-Central by a tally of 45-31.

With the victory, Carroll improves its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Cougars host Caston (Fulton, IN) to confront the Comets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 19-1. Caston lost 50-44 in their recent non-league challenge against North Miami (Denver, IN)

Next up, the Trojans confront the Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Tri-Central will attempt to improve on its 8-12 season record.
