In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Lancaster Legends basketball team scored a good 76-66 triumph over the Nichols Vikings.

In their next game, the Legends meet the Jamestown Red Raiders (Jamestown, NY) in a Section 6 Erie County I match, on Thursday, January 26. Lancaster will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record.

With the defeat, Nichols moves to 12-2 on the year. The Vikings host Mount Mercy Academy (Buffalo, NY) to meet the Magic in a Monsignor Martin match on Tuesday, January 24.
