Fans at Friday's league battle between the Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL) and the visiting Leesburg Yellow Jackets (Leesburg, FL), saw Vanguard's basketball team trounce Leesburg by a score of 59-21.

The Knights now sport a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buchholz for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 26.

The Yellow Jackets (1-22) will now prepare for their battle against East Ridge (Clermont, FL). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 6-11 record. In their last battle, East Ridge was routed by Lake Minneola (Minneola, FL), 60-36, in a non-league battle.
