January 20, 2023: Burke, VA 22015

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA) and the host Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA), saw West Potomac's basketball squad hold off Lake Braddock by a count of 54-47.

With the victory, West Potomac upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to South County (Lorton, VA) to play the Stallions in a challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Stallions come into the challenge with a record of 2-8. South County won 46-27 in their recent non-league challenge against Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA)

Next up, the Bruins play the West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Lake Braddock will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record.
