Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA) and the host Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA), saw Homestead's basketball squad overcome Santa Clara by a tally of 62-48.

With the victory, Homestead improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Milpitas (Milpitas, CA) to confront the Trojans in a challenge on Wednesday, January 25. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 6-1.
