Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Mt. Pleasant Cardinals (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Yerba Buena Aztec Warriors (San Jose, CA), saw Mt. Pleasant's basketball squad knock off Yerba Buena by a count of 54-40.

With the victory, Mt. Pleasant upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Overfelt (San Jose, CA) to play the Royals in a challenge on Wednesday, January 25.
