Montana High School Basketball - Bigfork can't hold off Ronan
January 20, 2024: Bigfork, MT 59911 The Ronan Chiefs basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Bigfork Vikings & Valkyries to 48 in the Chiefs league victory on Saturday.
The Chiefs now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbia Falls for a A Northwest contest on Thursday, January 25. Ronan will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 61-41 league win over Polson (Polson, MT). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-4.
The Vikings & Valkyries (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Libby (Libby, MT). The Loggers come into the A Northwest contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Libby was nudged by Browning (Browning, MT), 62-47, in a league contest.
