Delaware High School Basketball - Bishop McNamara falls to Salesianum
January 20, 2024: Wilmington, DE 19802 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Salesianum Sallies basketball team scored a good 75-66 triumph over the Bishop McNamara Mustangs.
In their next game, the Sallies meet the St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league match, on Sunday, January 21. Salesianum will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Saints enter the match with a 8-7 record after their 79-62 league win over Landon (Bethesda, MD).
With the defeat, Bishop McNamara moves to 11-7 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA) to meet the Cardinals in a VISAA Division I match on Tuesday, January 23. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 9-4. Bishop Ireton won 62-53 in their recent league match against Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC)
