Colorado High School Basketball - Resurrection Christian overwhelms Sterling
January 20, 2024: Loveland, CO 80538 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Resurrection Christian Cougars (Loveland, CO) and the visiting Sterling Tigers (Sterling, CO), saw Resurrection Christian's basketball squad wallop Sterling by a tally of 70-29.
With the victory, Resurrection Christian improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Valley (Gilcrest, CO) to play the Vikings in a 4A Patriot challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 2-11. Valley lost 82-45 in their recent league challenge against University (Greeley, CO)
Next up, the Tigers play the Berthoud Spartans (Berthoud, CO) in a 4A Patriot challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Sterling will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 72-34 league loss to Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO).
