Georgia High School Basketball - Trion overwhelms Gordon Lee
January 20, 2024: Trion, GA 30753 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA) and the visiting Gordon Lee Trojans (Chickamauga, GA), saw Trion's basketball squad wallop Gordon Lee by a tally of 62-30.
With the victory, Trion improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Pepperell (Lindale, GA) to confront the Dragons in a A D1 Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 5-12. Pepperell lost 48-28 in their recent league challenge against Armuchee (Rome, GA)
Next up, the Trojans confront the LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA) in a AAA Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Gordon Lee will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Ramblers come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 61-43 league loss to Ridgeland (Rossville, GA).
