In Monday's league test, the Combine Academy Global Goats (Lincolnton, NC) basketball squad got by the host Greater Vision Academy Lions (Gibsonville, NC), by a final score of 70-66.

Next, the Goats clash with the Winston Salem Christian Silver Lions (Winston-Salem, NC) in a Eastern Independent test, on Tuesday, January 21. Combine Academy Global will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 6-4 record after their 51-38 non-league loss to Oak Ridge Military Academy (Oak Ridge, NC).
