Iowa High School Basketball - Southeast Warren toppled by Interstate 35
January 20, 2025: Liberty Center, IA 50145 Interstate 35 Roadrunners (Truro, IA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Southeast Warren Warhawks (Liberty Center, IA), 74-58 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Interstate 35 upgrades its record to 7-6 on the year. The Roadrunners host Woodward Academy (Woodward, IA) to face the Knights in a non-league match on Monday, January 27. The Knights enter the match with a record of 1-7.
The Warhawks now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Decatur for a Pride of Iowa match on Tuesday, January 21. Southeast Warren will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 68-47 league win over Lenox (Lenox, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-6.
