January 20, 2025: Ansonia, OH 45303 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Brookville Blue Devils (Brookville, OH) and the host Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH), observed Brookville's basketball team knock off Ansonia by a score of 71-51.
The Blue Devils (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Edgewood (Trenton, OH). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 2-13 record. In their last challenge, Edgewood was knocked off by Franklin (Franklin, OH), 32-31, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Preble Shawnee Arrows (Camden, OH) in a Western Ohio challenge, on Thursday, January 23. Ansonia will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record.
