Ohio High School Basketball - Tri-Village thwarts Ansonia
January 4, 2025: New Madison, OH 45346 The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Tri-Village Patriots (New Madison, OH) and the visiting Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH), observed Tri-Village's basketball team knock off Ansonia by a score of 54-36.
The Patriots (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dixie (New Lebanon, OH). The Greyhounds come into the Western Ohio challenge with a 2-9 record.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Fort Recovery Indians (Fort Recovery, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Ansonia will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 53-36 non-league loss to St. Henry (St. Henry, OH).
