Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH), 57-39 in a league match.

With the victory, Ansonia advances its record to 11-8 on the year. The Tigers host Parkway (Rockford, OH) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 13-5. Parkway won 37-29 in their recent league match against Coldwater (Coldwater, OH)

The Blazers now own a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Twin Valley South for a Western Ohio match on Monday, February 3. National Trail will face a Panthers squad coming off a 70-44 league win over Dixie (New Lebanon, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 11-8.
