January 21, 2022: Berlin, CT 06037 The Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) basketball nipped the host Berlin Redcoats (Berlin, CT), 37-35 in Friday's non-league test.
The Trojans (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Lewis Mills got by Hall (West Hartford, CT), 50-44, in a league test.
The Redcoats now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Bulkeley for a non-league test on Monday, January 24. Berlin will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 108-50 league loss to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, CT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-9.
