The Monroe Hornets (Monroe, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting Eaton Eagles (Eaton, OH), 61-47 in Friday's non-league test.

The Hornets (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Wyoming (Cincinnati, OH). The Cowboys go into the non-league test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Wyoming notched a victory over Deer Park (Cincinnati, OH), 56-43, in a league test.
