Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Sanger Apaches (Sanger, CA) and the host Edison Tigers (Fresno, CA), saw Sanger's basketball squad knock off Edison by a count of 74-56.

With the victory, Sanger upgrades its record to 10-11 on the campaign. The Apaches travel to Madera South (Madera, CA) to play the Stallions in a County/Metro challenge on Wednesday, January 26. The Stallions come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Madera South won 56-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Caruthers (Caruthers, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Bullard Knights (Fresno, CA) in a County/Metro challenge, on Wednesday, January 26. Edison will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 73-29 league win over Madera (Madera, CA).
