California High School Basketball - Hill nips San Jose
January 21, 2022: San Jose, CA 95116 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Hill Falcons (San Jose, CA) and the host San Jose Bulldogs (San Jose, CA), saw Hill's basketball squad hold off San Jose by a tally of 49-43.
With the victory, Hill improves its record to 7-11 on the campaign. The Falcons host Yerba Buena (San Jose, CA) to play the Aztec Warriors in a Blossom Valley - West Valley challenge on Wednesday, January 26. The Aztec Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 2-14. Yerba Buena lost 68-61 in their recent league challenge against James Lick (San Jose, CA)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Mt. Pleasant Cardinals (San Jose, CA) in a Blossom Valley - West Valley challenge, on Saturday, January 22. San Jose will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 51-16 league loss to Gunderson (San Jose, CA).
