Old Fort Stockaders (Old Fort, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host St. Joseph Central Catholic Crimson Streaks (Fremont, OH), 67-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Old Fort upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Stockaders host Gibsonburg (Gibsonburg, OH) to clash with the Golden Bears in a Sandusky Bay - River bout on Tuesday, January 25. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Gibsonburg lost 65-39 in their recent league bout against Calvert (Tiffin, OH)

Next up, the Crimson Streaks clash with the Woodmore Wildcats (Elmore, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 22. St. Joseph Central Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-10 record after their 74-41 league loss to Elmwood (Bloomdale, OH).
