Notre Dame Prep Saints (Scottsdale, AZ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ), 44-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Notre Dame Prep upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Saints host Cactus (Glendale, AZ) to face the Cobras in a 4A West Valley game on Tuesday, January 25. The Cobras enter the game with a record of 1-12.
