January 21, 2022: North Bend, OR 97459 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Thurston Colts (Springfield, OR) and the host North Bend Bulldogs (North Bend, OR), saw Thurston's basketball squad knock off North Bend by a tally of 39-28.
With the victory, Thurston improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Springfield (Springfield, OR) to play the Millers in a 5A Midwestern challenge on Tuesday, January 25. The Millers come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Springfield won 43-27 in their recent league challenge against North Bend (North Bend, OR)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Willamette Wolverines (Eugene, OR) in a 5A Midwestern challenge, on Tuesday, January 25. North Bend will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 74-45 non-league loss to South Medford (Medford, OR).
