Fans at Friday's league challenge between the South Lamar Stallions (Millport, AL) and the host Pickens County Tornadoes (Reform, AL), saw South Lamar's basketball squad wallop Pickens County by a count of 62-22.

With the victory, South Lamar upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Stallions host Sulligent (Sulligent, AL) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 22. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Sulligent won 46-34 in their recent league challenge against Red Bay (Red Bay, AL)
