New Jersey High School Basketball - Lenape Valley tops High Point
January 21, 2023: Stanhope, NJ 07874 Lenape Valley Patriots (Stanhope, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting High Point Wildcats (Sussex, NJ), 45-36 in a league bout.
With the victory, Lenape Valley upgrades its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Hopatcong (Hopatcong, NJ) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 23. The Chiefs come into the bout with a record of 0-10.
Next up, the Wildcats play the Sussex County Tech (Sparta, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 23. High Point will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The come into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 56-39 non-league loss to Dover (Dover, NJ).
