New Jersey High School Basketball - High Point fells Hopatcong
December 19, 2022: Sussex, NJ 07461 High Point Wildcats (Sussex, NJ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hopatcong Chiefs (Hopatcong, NJ), 56-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, High Point upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Vernon (Vernon, NJ) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Vernon won 70-52 in their recent non-league bout against Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ)
Next up, the Chiefs clash with the Hackettstown Tigers (Hackettstown, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 21. Hopatcong will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
