The Washington Eagles basketball team scored 113 points and held the host Kashmere Fighting Rams to 64 in the Eagles league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now sport a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheatley for a 4A Region III District 21 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Washington will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 74-70 league loss to Furr (Houston, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-7.

The Fighting Rams (5-17) will now prepare for their contest against Worthing (Houston, TX). The Colts enter the 4A Region III District 21 contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Worthing triumphed over Scarborough (Houston, TX), 82-50, in a league contest.
