Iowa High School Basketball - Sioux Center overwhelms Unity Christian
January 21, 2023: Sioux Center, IA 51250 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Sioux Center Warriors (Sioux Center, IA) and the visiting Unity Christian Knights (Orange City, IA), saw Sioux Center's basketball squad wallop Unity Christian by a tally of 71-46.
With the victory, Sioux Center improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host Sheldon (Sheldon, IA) to confront the Orabs in a Siouxland challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Orabs come into the challenge with a record of 3-11. Sheldon lost 63-26 in their recent league challenge against West Lyon (Inwood, IA)
Next up, the Knights confront the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 26. Unity Christian will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Dutchmen come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 69-50 league loss to West Lyon (Inwood, IA).
