January 21, 2023: Albuquerque, NM 87105 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) and the host Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM), saw Manzano's basketball squad wallop Rio Grande by a count of 55-30.
With the victory, Manzano upgrades its record to 5-7 on the campaign. The Monarchs host Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 23. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Rio Rancho won 64-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM)
Next up, the Ravens play the Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 23. Rio Grande will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 59-44 non-league loss to Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM).
