Millington Central Trojans (Millington, TN) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Covington Chargers (Covington, TN), 57-42 in a league match.

With the victory, Millington Central advances its record to 13-8 on the year. The Trojans host Raleigh-Egypt (Memphis, TN) to face the Pharaohs in a 3A District 15 match on Friday, January 24. The Pharaohs enter the match with a record of 3-14.

The Chargers now own a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brighton for a 3A District 15 match on Friday, January 24. Covington will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 87-66 league loss to Munford (Munford, TN). The Cardinals record now stands at 11-5.
