January 21, 2025: Shenandoah, IA 51601 Creston Panthers (Creston, IA) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Shenandoah Mustangs (Shenandoah, IA), 66-33 in a league match.
With the victory, Creston advances its record to 6-5 on the year. The Panthers host Kuemper (Carroll, IA) to face the Knights in a Hawkeye Ten match on Friday, January 24. The Knights enter the match with a record of 15-1. Kuemper won 80-46 in their recent non-league match against Clarinda (Clarinda, IA)
The Mustangs now own a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lewis Central for a Hawkeye Ten match on Friday, January 24. Shenandoah will face a Titans squad coming off a 63-15 league win over Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Titans record now stands at 8-3.
