The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Marion Warriors (Marion, KS) and the host Herington Railroaders (Herington, KS), observed Marion's basketball team overwhelm Herington by a score of 61-29.

The Warriors (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Douglass (Douglass, KS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Douglass trounced Goessel (Goessel, KS), 63-59, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Railroaders encounter the Little River Redskins (Little River, KS) in a Wheat State challenge, on Monday, January 27.
