The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Council Grove Braves (Council Grove, KS) and the host Herington Railroaders (Herington, KS), observed Council Grove's basketball team overwhelm Herington by a margin of 75-24.

The Braves (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Rural Vista [Hope/White City] (Hope, KS). The Heat come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Rural Vista [Hope/White City] trounced Chase County (Cottonwood Falls, KS), 54-45, in a non-league challenge.
