Texas High School Basketball - Legacy Christian Academy bested by Prince of Peace
January 21, 2025: Frisco, TX 75034 Prince of Peace Eagles (Carrollton, TX) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Legacy Christian Academy Eagles (Frisco, TX), 54-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Prince of Peace advances its record to 13-14 on the year. The Eagles travel to Pantego Christian (Arlington, TX) to face the Panthers in a TAPPS 4A District 2 match on Friday, January 24. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 17-11. Pantego Christian lost 60-43 in their recent league match against Covenant Christian (Colleyville, TX)
The Eagles now own a 11-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prestonwood Christian for a TAPPS 6A District 2 match on Friday, January 24. Legacy Christian Academy will face a Lions squad coming off a 46-44 non-league win over Houston Christian (Houston, TX). The Lions record now stands at 15-12.
