Alabama High School Basketball - Whitesburg Christian Academy crushes Section
January 21, 2025: Huntsville, AL 35802 The Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors (Huntsville, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Section Lions (Section, AL), 68-47 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 13-13 record. They play next when they travel to Brindlee Mountain for a 3A Area 14 bout on Thursday, January 23. Whitesburg Christian Academy will play a Lions team coming off a 65-33 non-league loss to Kate Duncan Smith DAR (Grant, AL). The Lions record now stands at 3-20.
With the loss, Section falls to 17-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Pisgah (Pisgah, AL) to play the Eagles in a 2A Area 16 bout on Wednesday, January 22. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Pisgah lost 75-69 in their recent non-league bout against North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL)
