Virginia High School Basketball - Regents crushes United Christian Academy
January 21, 2025: Charlottesville, VA 22903 The Regents Lions (Charlottesville, VA) basketball crushed the visiting United Christian Academy Crusaders (Stanardsville, VA), 40-13 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Lions now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Carmel Christian Academy for a bout on Thursday, January 23. Regents will play a Warriors team coming off a 50-4 non-league loss to Grace Christian (Staunton, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-9.
With the loss, United Christian Academy falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Appalachian Christian School (Waynesboro, VA) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Trailblazers go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Appalachian Christian School lost 45-6 in their recent league bout against Grace Christian (Staunton, VA)
