New Mexico High School Basketball - Hope Christian triumphant over Bernalillo
January 21, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87109 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM), observed Hope Christian's basketball team overwhelm Bernalillo by a score of 67-31.
The Huskies (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Chargers come into the 4A District 6 challenge with a 15-4 record. In their last challenge, Albuquerque Academy trounced Valley (Albuquerque, NM), 57-12, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 6 challenge, on Thursday, January 23. Bernalillo will attempt to improve on its 8-11 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 48-39 non-league loss to Highland (Albuquerque, NM).
