January 21, 2025: Fox, AR 72051 Rural Special Rebels (Fox, AR) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Concord Pirates (Concord, AR), 59-29 in a league match.
With the victory, Rural Special advances its record to 22-4 on the year. The Rebels travel to Timbo (Timbo, AR) to face the Tigers in a 1A Region 2 match on Monday, January 27. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 5-20. Timbo lost 65-23 in their recent league match against Viola (Viola, AR)
The Pirates now own a 7-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shirley for a 1A Region 2 match on Friday, January 24.
