In Tuesday's league test, the Texas School for the Deaf Rangers (Austin, TX) basketball squad defeated the visiting Veritas Academy (Austin, TX), by a final score of 38-30.

Next, the Rangers clash with the Hill Country Christian School of Austin Knights (Austin, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 4 test, on Saturday, January 25. Texas School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 21-4 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 16-9 record after their 58-22 league win over Veritas Academy (Austin, TX).
