St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT), 61-28 in a non-league match.

With the victory, St. Joseph advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Cadets host Ludlowe (Fairfield, CT) to face the Falcons in a non-league match on Thursday, January 23. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 0-0.

The Hilltoppers now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Darien for a match on Friday, January 24.
