In Saturday's league outing, the Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Sandy Creek Cougars (Fairfield, NE), by a margin of 49-27.

The Titans (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against Tri County (DeWitt, NE). The Trojans go into the non-league outing with a 1-14 record. In their last outing, Tri County was trounced by Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE), 61-22, in a non-league outing.
