Rhode Island High School Ice Hockey - Smithfield defeated by Pilgrim
January 22, 2023: Warwick, RI 02888 Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI) followers left the game happy Sunday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the visiting Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI), 8-4 in a non-league match.
The Patriots (2-3) will now prepare for their match against La Salle Academy (Providence, RI). The Rams enter the match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, La Salle Academy by Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI), 3-2, in a league match.
Next up, the Sentinels clash with the La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI) in a match, on Saturday, February 4. Smithfield will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
