The Sterling Heights Stallions basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Hazel Park Vikings to 61 in the Stallions league triumph on Monday.

The Stallions now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lamphere for a Macomb Area - Bronze contest on Wednesday, January 24. Sterling Heights will battle a Rams team coming off a 56-51 league loss to Clintondale (Clinton Township, MI). The Rams record now stands at 7-6.
