California High School Basketball - Lick-Wilmerding knocked off by University
January 22, 2024: San Francisco, CA 94112 The University Red Devils basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Lick-Wilmerding Tigers to 56 in the Red Devils league triumph on Monday.
The Red Devils now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stuart Hall for a Bay Counties - West contest on Tuesday, January 23. University will battle a Knights team coming off a 49-39 league win over San Domenico (San Anselmo, CA). The Knights record now stands at 18-2.
The Tigers (14-7) will now prepare for their contest against San Domenico (San Anselmo, CA). The Panthers enter the Bay Counties - West contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, San Domenico ran past Sonoma Academy (Santa Rosa, CA), 59-17, in a non-league contest.
