Maine High School Ice Hockey - Hebron Academy held off by North Yarmouth Academy
January 22, 2024: Hebron, ME 04238 The North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME) ice hockey nipped the host Hebron Academy Lumberjacks (Hebron, ME), 3-2 in Monday's league battle.
The Panthers now possess a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Kents Hill School for a battle on Wednesday, January 24. North Yarmouth Academy will play a Huskies team coming off a 4-2 league win over Winchendon (Winchendon, MA). The Huskies record now stands at 6-8.
The Lumberjacks (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Berwick Academy (South Berwick, ME). The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle, Berwick Academy was edged by Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH), 5-2, in a league battle.
