Colorado High School Basketball - Valor Christian nudges Arvada West
January 22, 2024: Arvada, CO 80004 Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) supporters were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Arvada West Wildcats (Arvada, CO), 58-56 in a league challenge.
With the victory, Valor Christian improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Lakewood (Lakewood, CO) to play the Tigers in a challenge on Wednesday, January 24. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Lakewood lost 72-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 24. Arvada West will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 56-40 non-league loss to Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO).
