Washington High School Basketball - Tyee trounced by Highline
January 22, 2025: Burien, WA 98148 Highline Pirates (Burien, WA) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Tyee Titans (SeaTac, WA), 51-7 in a league match.
With the victory, Highline advances its record to 4-9 on the year. The Pirates host Lindbergh (Renton, WA) to face the Eagles in a match on Tuesday, January 28. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 0-4. Lindbergh lost 59-21 in their recent non-league match against Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA)
The Titans now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Foster for a match on Tuesday, January 28. Tyee will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 60-47 non-league loss to Lakeside (Seattle, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-8.
